You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from this site. Products are intended for adults and are not intended for children.

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $6.00 per US order and applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including orders that appear fraudulent, or orders affected by a pricing or inventory error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. We ship within the United States only.

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery, unopened and unused products in original packaging only. Opened dietary supplements cannot be returned for safety and product-integrity reasons, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Guided ecology walks (“Geeky Gallops”) are ticketed events paid in full at the time of booking. There is no deposit and no balance due on the day of the walk, and walk bookings are one-time purchases with no subscription.

Cancellation policy. Cancel 48 or more hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable, but the spot is transferable to another person or convertible to a credit toward a future walk. If Sam the Fungi LLC cancels a walk — for weather, trail closures, or an unmet minimum headcount — every booking is refunded in full or rescheduled, at your choice. Refunds go to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Full details: Walk Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Walks take place outdoors and involve uneven terrain, weather, insects, and plants; you participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own footwear, water, and medical needs. We do not identify wild mushrooms for consumption and nothing on a walk is a recommendation to forage or eat wild fungi.

Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs. Results are not guaranteed and individual experiences vary. Product descriptions describe structure and function only.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product or booking at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. Before filing anything, please email us — we resolve nearly everything directly.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order governs that order, and the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
