Shipping Policy

Shipping is a flat $6.00 per order within the United States, no matter how many bottles are in the box. The shipping charge is shown as its own line item at checkout, before you pay.

United States only at this time, including US territories served by USPS. We are not able to ship internationally yet.

• Processing: orders are packed and handed off within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
• Transit: typical USPS delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Severe weather, USPS delays, and holiday volume can add time. We ship from ZIP 78248, so Texas and neighboring states usually arrive on the faster end.

Every order ships via USPS with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment the label is scanned into the mail stream. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us and we will look into it.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address exactly as entered. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reship (additional shipping may apply).

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with your household and carrier first, then email us with your order number. We will help resolve it.

Applicable US sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay.
