Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging — with the factory seal intact — are eligible for return and refund.

Opened products cannot be returned. These are ingestible dietary supplements. Once a bottle has been opened, we cannot verify its integrity or storage, and we will never resell it to another customer. This restriction exists for safety and product-integrity reasons.

The exception: if an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full — opened or not. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

Email info@samthefungi.com with your order number and a short note about what you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive that address — unauthorized returns may not be refundable.

The customer pays return shipping. We only cover return shipping when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in those same cases.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

Email us with your order number as soon as you notice a problem. We will work with USPS tracking and, when appropriate, replace the order or refund it.

Individual experiences with dietary supplements vary and results are not guaranteed. A product not producing a particular subjective experience is not a defect and does not make an opened bottle eligible for return. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
